We are excited to announce the launch of our second WGI! Leadership Development Institute!

The WGI! Institute spans 12 months and embodies a rigorous leadership development curriculum that integrates a new brand of art and social/political activism. It is a structured environment to support the creation, cultivation, and integration of arts, activism, and transformative leadership. Activities include storytelling, community dialogue, music, movement, fierce guest speakers, intensive coaching by professionals, and peer evaulations.

We are looking for young women between the ages of 18-35 who are artists, activists, educators, and social entrepreneurs; we have 16 spaces available.
